Star Cycle is a family-run powersports shop and authorized Sherco dealer in Stokesdale. New enduro and trials bikes up front, a busy service bay, and an owner who genuinely cares about your machine running right or getting you exactly what you need to hit the trails.
The Star Cycle Story
Built Around Riders and Their Machines
Star Cycle started the way a lot of good shops do — a guy who was really good at fixing bikes, doing it honestly enough that word got around. Derek opened the doors in 2004, and he’d already been turning wrenches on everything from Harleys to hard-enduro two-strokes. Star Cycle grew out of that reputation for straight answers and work that stays clear and fixed.
Today we work out of a 6,500 square foot shop at 247 Ram Loop, and in 2025 we became an authorized Sherco dealer — one of only two in North Carolina. I have the same approach as day one: take care of the customer, take care of the machine.
We help riders who hit the street, the trail, the track and their own back forty. Whether you’re buying your first dirt bike, keeping a 20-year-old 4-wheeler alive, or chasing podiums on a Sherco, you’re welcome here.
